    Instead of picking 1st check that you would like to reprint, we able to select the checks you would like to reprint (similar to how Quickbooks works)

  4. Vendor 1099 Options

    On the Maintain/Vendor Information/Misc screen – if the “Send 1099” box is checked, would like to have the option to indicate whether the vendor’s amount is to go into the Rents, Royalties, Attorney, or Non-employee Comp box, or is a 1099-INT. This would save time on the Update 1099 process.

  5. Well Expenses by Exp Code Report by Owner

    Add option to run the well expense by category report - by owner.

    When we go to analyze costs by certain categories for Company purposes, it would be nice to be able to run this report for the Company's net costs rather than gross costs only. Right now, the only way I can do this is by printing the owner "lease operating statements", which does a whole page for each well...I have to download that to excel and then do some sorting...but even that doesn't show the cost "codes" which the well expense by category report does..and it allows you…

    Looking into this to see the best way to implement. Thinking about a button to allocate a new amount that will pop up a window to let you enter the amount. Then the amount will be evenly allocated to all the wells on the recurring bill without having to enter each one.

  8. Allow entry of production receipts that have a negative total

    Allow a production receipt to be entered that has deductions which cause the receipt to be negative. When a receipt is negative post the credit to either A/P as a balance or to A/P Clearing Account (Fixed Exp Clearing) to be cleared in a future receipt that deducts for the amount owed on the negative receipt.

  10. EPA SERC Module & Reporting

    It would be nice to be able to add X & Y coordinates and a physical address for each well / location that would display on reports. A full blown EPA SERC module or add-on report would be awesome too. Those are a royal pain in the ass!

  11. Add a report to show the detail of a suspense balance being cleared

    When you clear a suspense balance and issue a check often you need to include information to the owner on what is being paid to them. If you forget to print the suspense report before you clear it, there is no other way to recover the information, so a report showing what was cleared would be helpful.

  14. ALLOC wells to Production Receipts

    The ALLOC feature is really great for entering bills. Why not add this feature to entering production receipts. Most shallow oil wells have one tank battery for a group of wells. It would be very tedious to break down the variables, but with the ALLOC we would be able to enter the this information and the software could divide these variables up evenly for each of the wells that flows into the same tank(s).

    Have SherWare post both volumes and revenue to QB instead of just revenue so it can be used for forecasting purposes. This would save all the time of having to create a separate spreadsheet to keep track.

  17. Posting payments for well expenses in one place

    Netted owners payments get posted in sherware, non-netted owners get posted in quickbooks. It would be nice to post in one place instead of keeping track of where each owner gets posted.

  20. Allow users to be able to type the well name in the search and have it autopopulate

    Allow users to be able to type the well name in the search for a well lookup dialog and have the well autopopulate based on what is typed in. It takes too much time as it is to get to a well name and would be much faster if we could start typing it in and then pick from what shows up based on those letters.
